Completed water heater inspection and recommended to customer to replace water heater, but did make estimate to also install expansion tank.
Completed plumbing inspection today created estimates for customer to replace main house valve, master bath shut off and minor tank rebuild in downstairs bathroom. Informed customer of issue with shutting off water from curb stop at street. Customer will follow up with Wheat Ridge water service to see what tool is needed or if curb stop needs to be repaired.

Chri & Gary were dispatched to no heat. Diagnosed boiler ignition failure. Found waterlogged expansion tank, plugged auto-air elimination devices. Presented customer with repair options. Customer gave approval for repairs. Test boiler after completed repairs, heating system operating normally. Operating temp. @ 178 degrees, operating pressure 16 psi. Two year warranty on parts & labor. Customer paid with check.

Blockage cleared about 15 To 20 feet out for some reason it pulled back roots but mainline was running fine
